We’ve answered some frequently asked questions about the Bella Vida Instant BBL™ to clear up some common concerns and curiosities and help you stay informed and excited about the process! How “Instant” is the Instant BBL™? And how long do results last?

The results should be visible immediately, and they’ll only continue to get better over time! The science behind our unique biostimulator blend means not only will your booty be instantly plumped the day of your procedure, but it’ll also continue to develop into a firm, round shape over time. Results typically last about two years for most people, but your results will be based on your metabolic rate, lifestyle, health, and weight fluctuations. We can typically do touch-up maintenance appointments after 24 months.  

Will my skin look stretched out or deflated later?

Your skin will not look deflated or stretched out later, since RADIESSE® is a biostimulator and promotes collagen production in the body, a protein responsible for keeping our skin firm and taut.  

Is the Bella Vida Instant BBL™ safe?

Like all aesthetic treatments, there are potential risks, but Iani has designed the procedure to be as safe as it can possibly be. To reduce the potential for risks, always elect treatment from a licensed medical professional with the proper training, skills, and proven techniques – like Iani! Risks are fairly rare, but some side effects associated with dermal fillers include hypersensitivity, among others that Iani will cover for you in consultation

What can I expect from my Bella Vida Instant BBL™ experience?

We always begin with a consultation conducted by the Booty Queen™ herself, Iani Silveira. You’ll discuss your goals and if the Bella Vida Instant BBL™ is right for you, along with your medical history. She’ll then develop a customized treatment plan if you’re a candidate, based on your frame, goals, and shape.

When the necessary number of syringes and sessions are determined, Iani will prep the treatment area for you on the day of your procedure. She’ll then map out the injection sites and administer the product. Typically, patients undergo a minimum of two to three sessions, and additional follow ups as needed once your results begin to settle.

Will I be drowsy after my treatment and need a driver?

You will not be drowsy after your treatment as we only use local anesthesia and oral relaxation medication if requested. We do however recommend that you avoid driving for up to 48 hours after your procedure to avoid putting pressure on the treatment area and interfering with the results. For this reason, you should ensure you have transportation arranged for the day of your treatment, especially if we use medication.

What downtime and aftercare can I expect after my Bella Vida Instant BBL™?

Our aftercare guide is available on our website for your convenience. The main takeaways are to refrain from exercising for one week (feel free tell your gym buddies that you’re on orders); avoid hot tubs, saunas, pools, and Jacuzzis for one week; and avoid sitting and lying directly on the treatment area for at least 24 hours. We do encourage you to walk and enjoy low-impact movement following your treatment.

What product is used for the Bella Vida Instant BBL™?

We use FDA Approved biostimulator and volumizing dermal filler RADIESSE®. It not only creates instant volume where you want it, it stimulates your body’s natural collagen production for about three to six months. This helps improve the appearance of your skin and its quality and targets concerns like dimples, stretch marks, and other irregularities in addition to firming, toning, and sizing up your booty!

How many syringes will I need for best results?

No two butts are the same, and our Bella Vida Instant BBL™ is just as individualized. The number of syringes needed will be determined by Iani during your private consultation after she’s learned more about your goals. Iani can also perform a more full-on procedure known as RADIASS™, which creates an even rounder, perkier, and more dramatic look for your butt using 40 to 60 syringes of RADIESSE® compared to the usual 10 to 20 syringes of product.

Are there any side-effects with RADIESSE® injections?

The most common side effects are redness, swelling, bruising, itching, and pain at the injection site. These are temporary and typically mild. RADIESSE® is a calcium-based substance, with the microspheres sometimes appearing in x-rays and CT scans, so let your healthcare provider know that you’ve had RADIESSE® filler done.

RADIESSE® is also a semi-permanent filler, so it can’t be dissolved like some hyaluronic acid-based fillers. Your body will metabolize it on its own, breaking down the product over time and leaving self-produced collagen in its place. This will also diminish as a natural part of the aging process, but you can always get a touch-up!

Is the butt the only area that can be treated?

The buttocks are the main focus of the Bella Vida Instant BBL™, though Iani can and often does also inject the hips to smooth, add volume, and correct shape and unwanted indentions like hip dips.

Is there anyone who is NOT a candidate for the Bella Vida Instant BBL™?

Though there aren’t many restrictions on who can get it, not everyone qualifies. For instance, pregnant and nursing women, anyone currently undergoing radiation and/or chemotherapy for cancer or other immunosuppressive treatments, people with a rash or infection at the treatment site, and those with a previous history of silicone injections in the same treatment area or other injections like Hydrojelly or Hydrogel.

How much does the Bella Vida Instant BBL™ cost?

Treatment is variable but typically starts at $5500, as it requires 10-30 syringes based on the outcome of your consultation and your desired results. We will cover pricing in consultation with you.

Is there an option for financing or payment plans with this treatment?

At the moment we do not offer payment plans or financing options but stay tuned as we might in the future!

Is a consultation really necessary, or can I just book an appointment?

Yes, and if you’re in a rush, we can do the procedure the same day! We want to make sure the treatment is completely right for you. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your complete medical history, and give you all the information you need to know before the appointment. We can also do virtual consultations.
